'It is inspiring to witness the transformation of Black Lion House into Hyatt Place London City East and engage with the local community. We created the hotel strategy for the site back in 2014 under previous ownership and are grateful to our partner Resolution for enabling us to execute our vision. This has been a great journey with a stellar team led by Development Director Mark Owen, and we look forward to continuing the journey as asset managers to ensure the hotel is a leader in the market with GM Michael Mason-Shaw at the helm'
