BCG operates across the UK and Europe:

  • Circa 50% of deals are in the UK in main cities including but not limited to London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Glasgow; 
  • Circa 50% of deals are in Europe currently with live deals across Portugal and pipeline in Italy, France, Germany and Spain albeit BCG can operate across all other EU countries. 

With in-house financing, development and asset management expertise, BCG is one of few firms to manage the entire cycle. The firm also forms strategic partnerships with specialised advisors including but not limited to F&B to ensure a best-in-class turnkey delivery.

Asset Management with ESG/Sustainability Focus

Do you have a property and wish a best in class and agile asset manager?

BCG will asset manage select hotel-led schemes with ESG/Sustainability focus and leverage financing and/or development expertise to reposition your asset to maximise impact and value.

Turnkey Investment

Do you wish to acquire turnkey a bespoke hotel or serviced apartment?
